Quality is embedded into every step of our manufacturing journey, not just inspected at the end. Our meticulous, multi-tiered quality control system ensures that every piece of jewelry meets our highest standards of excellence before it reaches you.

1. First Stage: Wax Model Inspection The process begins with a critical examination of the 3D-printed wax models before they are ever cast. This allows us to identify and correct any imperfections in detail, structure, or dimensions at the very beginning, saving time and resources.
2. Second Stage: Post-Casting & Pre-Setting Check After the pieces are cast in metal and cleaned, they undergo a second inspection. We check for casting defects, metal integrity, and overall shape to ensure each piece is a perfect base for the next steps of polishing and stone-setting.
3. Third Stage: In-Process Polishing & Setting Control During the polishing phase, supervisors spot-check pieces to guarantee a consistent and flawless finish. After stones are set, we immediately verify the security of each stone, the precision of the setting, and check for any surface scratches that may have occurred during handling.
4. Final Stage: Pre-Shipment Final QC This is our most comprehensive check. Every single finished product is rigorously inspected against the original sample or product specifications. We examine:
